Well, we don't have a minivan yet, but we do have Ben and Rosemary just about settled in a their room. There's quite a bit more that I'd like to do, but not much more that needs to be done.
Jonathan and Rosemary put the bunk bed together yesterday. She was quite a good helper. Ben went to bed before it was all done, but Rosemary got to sleep on that night. She was SO excited. She's wanted bunk beds ever since she saw them in a Pottery Barn Kids catalog.
Reading Little House in the Big Woods at bedtime.
So the theme that we're going for in the room is 'Disney' since that works for both kids. Instead of themed comforters, we went with solid color comforters and theme sheets.
I'm planning on making white valances for the windows with a ribbon of pink and a ribbon of navy. Is that too plain? Any other ideas? The pink valances are moving to the baby's room.
Ben got to see his new bed in the morning. He was excited too!
Checking out his first pillow ever.
Jonathan also enjoyed the bunk bed.
Ben and Rosemary both napped in their shared room today. So far so good. Ben slept!
